We, here at Apex, produce a wide range of blow-molded bottles, containers and specialty parts in sizes ranging from 2 to 128 ounce bottle capacity. Our equipment features fully programmable controls and innovative material handling techniques to ensure repeatable processing and high quality output for HDPE, LDPE, PP and CPP materials.

Our extrusion blow molding manufacturing facility, with 10 molding machines, offers you the flexibility you need to achieve your packaging objectives. Our primary goal is to consistently look for ways to improve our processes and manufacturing capabilities which allows us to offer you shorter production runs.

Our machine capabillities include:

  • Dry cycle time 1.7 seconds
  • 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 cavity production
  • 2 ounce to 128 ounce capability

The blow molding process is well suited for manufacturing hollow shaped parts. We can create parts with lower mold costs than injection molding. Blow molding has faster cycle times and works well in low or high production runs. Along with these, blow molding allows a single molded part to replace several individual component parts.
